Patti Lou (Tracey) Musial

Patti Lou Musial, 68, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday February 28, 2026 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital in Georgetown, South Carolina. She was born on September 30, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Robert D. Tracey & Patricia Ann Gardner Tracey.

Patti was a hardworking woman with a heart of gold and a zest for life! She was a skilled secretary for many years at J. Schoeneman where she made life-long friends. While in Maryland, Patti was a proud member of Reisterstown United Methodist Church and was involved in many ways, including the Circle of Friends. Following her well-deserved retirement and relocation to Murrells Inlet, Patti was able to enjoy the quiet things in life. She was active in her Blackmoor Social Community, Somersby ladies lunches, weekly Mahjong, and loved retail therapy with the girls. Above all else, Patti loved her family and friends with her whole heart. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for her quick wit, bright smile, and positive outlook on life.

Left to cherish Patti Lou’s memory are her adoring husband of over 45 years, Edward S. Musial of Murrells Inlet; their daughter, Kim Parker (Ryan) of Montana; grand-dogs, Finn & Blue; sister, Linda Barkell and husband Chris of Westminster, MD and their daughters, Keely (fiancé, Jacob) & Gillian (fiancé, Erik); sister in law, Elayne Busovicki and husband, George; their son, Michael Busovicki (Noelle); as well as a very large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Patti Lou’s life will be held on Thursday March 5, 2026 at 12pm at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Highway, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. The family will gather to greet friends from 10am until the time of service.  An additional Celebration of life in her hometown of Reisterstown, Maryland will be held at a future date.

At the request of the family, please consider memorial contributions in lieu of flowers. Donations in Patti’s name may be made to Reisterstown United Methodist Church.
