Robert Paul Saras

Robert “Bob” Paul Saras, 79, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Thursday, February 26, 2026. He was born on June 30, 1946 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Paul A. Saras and Bertha Mikulunas Saras.

Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Marcelline “Marcy” Saras of Conneaut Lake, PA; one brother, John Saras and his wife, Bonnie of Pittsburgh, PA; his loving dog, Coco; loving in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.

Bob graduated from California State University. After college he became an educator for many years. He enjoyed spending time playing golf and being with his family and friends. He was an active member of the VFW, Moose Lodge, American Legion as well as the Elks Club.

There are no formal services planned. The family has requested that memorial donations be made in Bob’s honor to a charity of one’s choice.
