Rhonda Louise Ruigrok, 69, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. She was born June 29, 1949 daughter of the late Harold Davis and Hilda Hatch Davis.
Survivors include her loving husband, David Walter Ruigrok of Myrtle Beach; one son, Brenton Ruigrok and his wife Tammy of Richmond, VA; one sister, Marlene Rudnick and her husband Don of Croton, NY; and two grandchildren, Isaac and Isabella.
Rhonda was a graduate of U-Mass Amherst as well as Sharon High School in Sharon, MA, class of 1967. She worked at the Arc of Harford County. She was the Director and Regional Manager of Almost Family Adult Day Services and Active Adult Day Services. Rhonda volunteered for Lower Cape Fear Hospice-Mercy Care in Myrtle Beach.
A celebration of Rhonda’s life will be held 3:00pm Saturday, November 03, 2018 at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Highway, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
The family requests that memorial contributions in Rhonda’s name be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice-Mercy Care, 8216 Devon Ct, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.

Our sincerest condolences to David and family. We were friends in public school and were so happy to reconnect with her after all these years. She was a warm, wonderful person, and memories of her are a gift to all who knew her. May the love and support of family help you through this difficult time.

I knew Rhonda for 30 years and she was a beautiful woman, inside and out. I'm so very sad to hear of her passing. May God bless you all and bring you comfort at this difficult time. Below is my beautiful mother with her just last year when we visited. I will never forget her beautiful smile...
