Francis Joseph “Skip” Amoroson, age 73, of Murrells Inlet passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018. Mr. Amoroson was born August 23, 1944 in New Brunswick, New Jersey to the late Mr. Frank Amoroson and the late Elvira Tugya Amoroson. Mr. Amoroson was an Electrical Engineer. He was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy.
Skip is survived by: His wife, Alexa Amoroson of Murrells Inlet ; His Son, Shane Amoroson of Charlotte, NC ; Two Daughters, Nicole (& Mike) Sobetsky of Surfside Beach and Marcie Amoroson of Murrells Inlet ; and Five Grandchildren, Amber Amoroson, Alexa Sobetsky, Chloe Sobetsky, Christian Sobetsky, & Kaeden Amoroson.
Funeral Services for Mr. Francis “Skip” Amoroson will be conducted Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 3:00pm in the Church of the Resurrection with Military Honors.
The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 (www.cancer.org)

Alexa and family. So sorry to hear of Skip’s passing. He was a good person and friend. I missed seeing y’all in the last years but hold on to some very fond memories .Peace be with you all.

Skip,Bill and I met you in the 1980's when Lexie worked for Edison Products. You were such a happy, fun loving guy all the time. It was our pleasure to know you and have fun with you and Lexie. I pray you Rest in Peace my dear friend. Lexie and your children, I'm so so sorry for your loss. Love Harriet
