William Barry McCall, age 75 of Pawleys Island died Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 29, 1942 in Salisbury, NC, son of the late William Dewey McCall, Sr. and Majorie Keistler McCall.
He is preceded in death also by a son, Jonathan Matthew McCall.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Buck McCall of Pawleys Island; son, Patrick Shawn McCall and his wife Sheila of Murrells Inlet; daughter, Kristina McCall Blizzard and husband Kenneth of Kinston, NC; sisters, Tonda McCall Coutu and husband Danny of Salisbury, NC, Terry McCall of Pawleys Island and Tami McCall McCann and husband Francis of Charleston, SC; brother, William D. McCall, Jr. and wife Robin of Pawleys Island; grandson, William Hayden Blizzard of Kinston, NC and his beloved pets, Maggie Mae and Magic.
Barry served as a Georgetown County Magistrate for twenty one years.
A memorial services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Pawleys Island Presbyterian Church, 9967 Ocean Hwy, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. Visitation and reception to follow. Inurnment will be held later date in the church cemetery.
The family requests that memorials be made in Barry’s name to the charity of one’s choice.

So sorry to hear about Barry's death, and I extend my sympathy to his family. I remember when the family moved to Pawley's permanently, particularly his father's ready smile and a young Barry. Barry and his family moved into the Woodville house where I had grown up, and that is a nice memory, too. He was a good man. Peggy Deer Rodway
